I'm Lizzy

Your Anti-Perfection Fitness Coach.

I’m not here to give you another cookie-cutter plan you're going to quit in 2 weeks. I’m here to show you how to build a body (and routine) you’re actually excited to maintain for life.

After years of losing the same weight over and over again, obsessing over the scale, and missing out on real life just to “stay on track,” I realized—it’s not about willpower. It’s about having a plan that fits your life, not the other way around.

I help women who:

  • Are tired of spiraling every weekend and “starting over” on Monday.

  • Feel like they’re doing everything right (steps, shakes, lifting), but their clothes still don’t fit.

  • Want to lose fat and tone up, but refuse to give up their brunches, date nights, and social life.

With over 10 years of coaching experience, a degree in Exercise Science, and hundreds of client transformations, I created the Fun + Fit Method to help you lose weight, build muscle, and actually enjoy the process.

This isn’t about strict meal plans or obsessing over every bite. It’s about:
